1. Information You Choose To Share

When you call or start a project request, you may choose to provide information such as your name, phone number, project location, project details, comments and photos. We use that information to understand the request, communicate with you and prepare or schedule work when appropriate.

2. Website Operation & Lead Source

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, request logs and error information. The website may also keep first-visit attribution information in temporary browser session storage, such as the referring website, landing page and standard campaign parameters, so we can understand whether an inquiry came from sources such as Google, Facebook, a referral or a direct visit. This session information is intended to stay with the related project request rather than create a separate advertising profile.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Project Communication

Information you submit may be used to discuss scope, determine service-area fit, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate, schedule work and communicate about the project. Photos or customer information will not be presented publicly as Stomp'n Ground project proof without appropriate permission.

4. Service Providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, secure form intake, communications, file storage or project operations when reasonably necessary. Information is shared only as needed for those functions or when required by law.
